Fees

Fees are payable on the day of your consultation. The exception to this is if you are referred under an insurance claim (e.g., workers’ compensation or CTP), where the insurer is usually billed directly.  If you hold a Department of Veterans’ Affairs White or Gold card, you are not required to pay as we will bill DVA directly.

Cancellation Fees

Cancellation fees apply if an appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice.

Medicare Rebates

If you have been referred under a Mental Health Care Plan prepared by your GP you are entitled to a Medicare rebate of $131.65 per session for up to 20 sessions in a calendar year.

You can also claim Medicare rebates if you have been referred by a psychiatrist.

Private Health Fund Rebates

You may be able to claim rebates from your private health fund. Please check with your fund.
